About Us

The International Sports Organization (ISO) is dedicated to empowering youth through athletics, education, and leadership development. We provide comprehensive programs in basketball, cricket, football, and soccer, with a strong emphasis on character-building and community engagement. To date, we have served over 1,500 Youth 96% of whom are on the honor roll by offering STEM mentoring, leadership training, academic counseling, financial literacy, college readiness, and support with class scheduling. ISO currently partners with multiple counties across the DMV area, working closely with schools, community centers, and nonprofit organizations to expand access to quality programming. As a result of our holistic approach, 70% of our graduating participants have earned full-ride college scholarships.

Our Mission

The International Sports Organization (ISO) is dedicated to empowering youth through inclusive, culturally responsive sports and leadership programs. Our mission is to provide young people with meaningful opportunities for physical activity, personal growth, and cross-cultural connection. While offering a range of sports, ISO specializes in cricket, a sport deeply rooted in many immigrant communities, including those from Afghanistan, Bangladesh, India, and Pakistan. By introducing cricket alongside other athletic and educational programs, we engage both immigrant and U.S.-born youth, creating spaces where they can learn from one another, build friendships, and grow together. Through teamwork, mentorship, and community-driven support, ISO fosters leadership, discipline, and belonging on and off the field.
